Priority strategies to achieve the goal include: Increase new families' access to health care and social support.
Increase access to and quality of sexual and reproductive health care for people of color who may become pregnant, are pregnant or have recently given birth.
Ensure people of colour receive access to care and prevention resources for chronic and diet-related diseases.
Improve access to the whole continuum of pregnancy, childbirth and postnatal care.
